If you disagree with any part of a PASRR determination, you have the right to request a reconsideration of the determination by contacting Acentra using any of the contact ways above within 30 days of receipt of your notice. We will send you a written notice of the reconsideration determination within three business days of our receipt of your request.
You may also appeal our reconsideration determination. Contact Acentra and we will provide you with information on this process.
